2. Ordering

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through the Service.

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to product availability or errors in pricing information.

3. Delivery

• We offer delivery services for catering orders only. A $30 delivery fee applies to all catering deliveries within our designated delivery zone.

• Delivery is not available for regular orders. All regular orders require pickup at our designated location.

• Minimum order amounts may apply for delivery (catering only) and pickup.

• Mai's Kitchen and Catering also partners with third-party delivery services like UberEats and DoorDash. You can order our regular menu items through these apps for delivery. Please note that you will need to place your order directly on the UberEats or DoorDash app and their fees and terms of service will apply.​

4. Payment

• We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

• Payment is due at the time of order placement.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing and fees at any time without prior notice.

5. Catering Orders

• Catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice before your event. This ensures we can source the freshest ingredients for your order.

• Rush orders for catering may be possible, but please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

• Catering orders placed without the required 48-hour notice may be subject to cancellation.

• Once an order is prepared, cancellations are not possible.

• Refunds will not be issued for orders that are not picked up or delivered due to customer error.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Intellectual Property

• The content of the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrights, is the property of Mai's Kitchen and Catering or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mai's Kitchen and Catering regarding your use of the Service.
